- Proceed to Executive Centre at 1088 Bishop Street Honolulu, HI 96813
- From street level entrance, take escalators down to Lobby Level
- From Lobby Level, proceed to elevators marked 3 – 41 or 2 - 12
- Proceed to the 3rd Floor, as you exit the elevators to your right is the Reception / Guest Service Office is located at unit #305
- Reception / Guest Service Office hours are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
For arrivals by Car to Self-Parking
- Proceed to Executive Centre at 1088 Bishop Street Honolulu, HI 96813
- As you drive down Bishop Street, you will pass the Street Level Entrance
- Stay in the right lane, pass the 7-11 and take the Parking ramp on your right
- Proceed up the parking ramp, automated parking will record your vehicle license plate
- Parking is available in any Unreserved Parking space
- Proceed to the parking garage elevator and proceed down to the Lobby Level
- From the Lobby Level, proceed to elevators marked 3 – PH or 2 - 12
- Proceed to the 3rd Floor, as you exit the elevators to your right is the Reception / Guest Service Office is located at unit #305
- All guests are required to register your car at the Reception / Guest Service Office for in/out privileges
- Reception / Guest Service Office hours are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Daily Guest Parking, per car: $50.00 plus applicable taxes ($52.36 daily)
For arrivals After Hours from 7:00 pm
- Follow the arrival information noted above either by Ride Share or by Car Self-Parking directions and proceed to Lobby Level
- From the Lobby Level, proceed to elevators marked 3 – PH or 2 - 12
- Proceed to the 3rd Floor, as you exit the elevators to your right is the Reception / Guest Service Office is located at unit #305
- All guests are required to register your car at the Reception / Guest Service Office for in/out privileges. For after hour arrivals, please see Reception the following day.
- Reception / Guest Service Office hours are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Daily Guest Parking, per car: $50.00 plus applicable taxes ($52.36 daily)
- For After Hours, enter Keypad Code on your confirmation letter to enter Reception / Guest Service Office
- Lockboxes are located on the wall where you may retrieve your room key FOB to access elevator and your guest room
- Guests arriving After Hours must provide and verify their email and phone number on reservation to receive lock box information
- Reservations made using an online travel booking platform need to contact their Customer Service instructions for late arrivals
Proceed to your unit
- Use elevators marked 3 – PH to go to your room floor
- Once in elevator use key FOB to access elevator buttons to guest room floor
- Once on your guest room floor proceed to your guest room, as you exit the elevators units 01 - 06 to will be to the right and units 07-12 will be to the left
- If you need any further assistance during your stay, visit us on the 3rd Floor in #305
