For arrivals after 7:00 PM, special after-hours check-in instructions are available — please visit our Getting Here page for full details. For a confirmed early check-in (prior to 3:00 PM) or late check-out (up to 1:00 PM) there is a fee of $35.00 plus applicable taxes to confirm, subject to availability.

A: Our outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are located on the 11th Floor Recreation Deck — your private urban oasis. To access, take elevators 2–12 from the lobby to the 11th floor. See the Guest Services / Reception office if you need beach towels as they are included with your daily resort fee.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 will be collected at check-in.

A: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled outside of this window will forfeit a one-night deposit. During peak seasons, a two-night deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation. Please note that cancellation policies may vary by rate type — we encourage you to review the specific terms carefully when booking.

A: We believe in complete transparency so there are no surprises at check-in. Here is a summary of applicable fees:

• Daily Resort Fee: $25.00 per night plus applicable taxes — includes beach towels, in-room coffee, and access to the Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness & Fun Center
• On-Request Cleaning Fee: to $20.00, plus applicable taxes. Housekeeping is every 4th night for guests staying 7-nights or more as part of our standard service. Additional housekeeping visits are available upon request for a $20.00 fee, plus applicable taxes.
• Confirmed Early Check-in | Late Check-out Fee: $35.00 plus applicable taxes, subject to availability.
• Refundable Security Deposit: $250.00 collected at check-in and returned following a post-checkout inspection.

A: While we do not offer a complimentary airport shuttle, we are happy to help make your transfer seamless. We recommend SpeediShuttle for reliable shared and private airport transfers.  Our Guest Services / Reception team is always available to assist with arranging rideshare or taxi services to and from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, approximately 10 minutes away.

A: Yes. Bishop Suites Downtown Honolulu offers convenient self-parking at $40.00 per day plus applicable taxes, located at The Executive Centre parking facility. As parking spaces are limited, we strongly recommend advising our team in advance of your arrival. Please note that valet parking is not available. A:  Yes. Bishop Suites Downtown Honolulu is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in any guestroom or in any common area of the property. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our environment clean and comfortable for all guests.

 A: We love pets too, but unfortunately Bishop Suites Downtown Honolulu is not able to accommodate them at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope we can still welcome you on your next Downtown Honolulu adventure.
